Satu kisah..

Japan is a strange place. A man parked a car near a kouban (pillbox). A police officer walked up immediately and demanded the car to be moved. "It is not allowed to park by a kouban". Asked where you could park, the police helpfully indicated that: "you could park near a kouban" 'What do you mean by near? the man inquired. "I'm unable to tell you that", came the response from the policeman... :-)
